NEXTARCA is a website about RPG and MMORPG games. It publishes news, a Games catalog, a Release Roadmap, and Compare Games. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, govern your use of NEXTARCA.

By creating a NEXTARCA account, or by browsing, commenting, replying, or otherwise using NEXTARCA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use NEXTARCA.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a NEXTARCA account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has read these Terms and agrees to them on your behalf. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You can read NEXTARCA without an account. To comment, reply, or keep a profile, you must create one. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information up to date, and not create an account for anyone other than yourself. Usernames and display names must not impersonate another person, brand, or NEXTARCA staff.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nextarca.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

NEXTARCA supports signing in with email and password and Google sign-in. When you sign in through a third-party provider, that provider's own terms and privacy practices also apply to your use of their sign-in service.

You are responsible for your own conduct and content on NEXTARCA, and for ensuring your use of the website complies with these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to use NEXTARCA to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Engage in fraud, scams, or phishing
• Engage in illegal activity of any kind
• Send spam or engage in automated abuse of NEXTARCA's systems
• Distribute malicious code or attempt to compromise NEXTARCA's security
• Impersonate any person, brand, or NEXTARCA staff member
• Attempt to bypass account, content, or access restrictions
• Misuse comments through automation or coordinated abuse

Where available, members can comment on articles and pages and reply to other comments. Comments that break these Terms may be removed. Comments are provided at NEXTARCA's discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

You retain ownership of the original content you submit to NEXTARCA, including comments, replies, and the details you add to your profile. You must have the right to post any content you submit, and you may not submit content that infringes another party's rights.

By submitting content to NEXTARCA, you grant NEXTARCA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote NEXTARCA's services. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared by others or retained as required by law.

NEXTARCA may review, remove, or restrict the visibility of content, issue warnings, restrict account features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts, depending on the nature and severity of a violation. Not every enforcement action follows the same sequence: severe violations may result in immediate, stronger action.

In addition to the Acceptable Use rules above, you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to NEXTARCA's systems or other users' accounts, interfere with the normal operation of NEXTARCA, scrape or harvest data from NEXTARCA without authorization, or use NEXTARCA to violate any applicable law.

NEXTARCA's branding, logo, website design, software, original articles, graphics, and editorial content are owned by NEXTARCA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute NEXTARCA's original content without permission.

Game titles, game logos, trademarks, artwork, screenshots, trailers, and promotional assets referenced or displayed on NEXTARCA remain the property of their respective publishers, developers, and rights holders. NEXTARCA does not claim ownership over any third-party game assets, and their use on NEXTARCA does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the rights holder.

References to games, publishers, and developers on NEXTARCA are for informational and editorial purposes. NEXTARCA is not affiliated with the publishers or developers of the games it covers unless explicitly stated.

If you believe content on NEXTARCA infringes your copyright, contact us at support@nextarca.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the material you believe is infringing, and your contact information. We will review reported claims and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to the reported content.

NEXTARCA may link to or reference third-party websites and services, including sign-in providers, game stores, video platforms, and linked social accounts. NEXTARCA does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or policies.

NEXTARCA displays advertising to help support the website. Advertising is subject to our Advertising Policy, including our commitment to editorial independence from advertisers. How advertising uses cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

NEXTARCA's features, content, and availability may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or otherwise change NEXTARCA at any time. We do not guarantee that NEXTARCA will be available at all times or without interruption.

We may update, redesign, or discontinue any part of NEXTARCA at our discretion, including News, Games, the Release Roadmap, Compare Games, comments, or member profiles.

We may suspend your account, or restrict specific features, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or where necessary to protect NEXTARCA or other users.

We may terminate your account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms. You may stop using NEXTARCA at any time, and you can delete your account from your account settings.

NEXTARCA is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that NEXTARCA will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NEXTARCA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of NEXTARCA.

You agree to indemnify and hold NEXTARCA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of NEXTARCA, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version and "Last Updated" date shown on this page, and where required, we will ask you to review and acknowledge a new version before you can continue using NEXTARCA.
