No Rest for the Wicked Shows Class Armor Coming With Its 1.0 Launch

Moon Studios has given a first look at the armor each class will wear in No Rest for the Wicked 1.0. The studio shared a handful of sets in a Steam post on October 2 and said more will be explained in its upcoming Wicked Inside showcase.
What was shown
The post shows a select few armor sets, and Moon Studios says its art team has dressed every class. Each image is labeled with the class it belongs to:
Barbarian: thick, pale plate armor from head to toe.
Stormbringer: slim dark armor covered in spikes, with a spiked frame around the head.
Plaguebearer: ragged, bandaged clothing under a rusted diving style helmet.
Frost Mage: robes and a staff made of jagged ice.
Wraith: a dark cloak and armor with gold trim, shown with a curved blade.
What we already know about classes
The armor follows a Class System preview from September 17, where Moon Studios listed the numbers behind the new system:
24 classes
More than 280 class traits
6 trait slots
6 factions
Dates to know
October: the Wicked Inside showcase, with a full look at the Class System. No exact day has been given.
December: an open beta where all 24 classes will be playable.
March 2027: the 1.0 launch, moved from October 2026.
Why it matters
The game has been in Early Access without fixed classes, so 1.0 changes how characters are built. Armor that is tied to a class suggests each one will have its own look as well as its own traits, though how armor and traits connect is still unexplained. The December open beta is the first chance for everyone to test it.
Moon Studios says anyone who buys the game on Steam before January 1, 2027 will receive the founders pack rewards. Platforms and details are on our No Rest for the Wicked game page.
